It Started with Families
For years, BellaDoodles families have come to us from all over the country — not just from Georgia and the Southeast, but from the Midwest, the West Coast, and everywhere in between. Families were flying in, arranging flight nannies, and driving long distances to bring home a BellaDoodle because they couldn’t find what we offer closer to home.
That told us something. The demand for truly health-tested, home-raised, multigenerational doodles wasn’t a Georgia thing — it was everywhere. And as much as we love serving families nationwide from Hartwell, we knew there was an opportunity to serve even more families if we expanded thoughtfully.
Why Oklahoma?
Oklahoma sits in the heart of the country — within driving distance of families in Texas, Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, and beyond. For Midwest and West Coast families who had been making long trips to Georgia, Oklahoma changes everything.
But more than geography, it came down to the right people and the right environment. BellaDoodles of Oklahoma operates with the same home-raised, family-centered approach that has defined our Georgia program since 2010. Our Oklahoma dogs live with guardian families — not in kennels — and are raised with the same love, attention, and socialization that makes a BellaDoodle a BellaDoodle.
Same Standards. Same Health Testing. Same BellaDoodles.
Every parent dog in our Oklahoma program is fully health tested — Embark genetic panel, OFA hips, OFA elbows — before being bred. We didn’t build a 15-year reputation on cutting corners, and we’re not starting now.
Our Georgia program remains home base and is completely unchanged. Oklahoma is an extension of BellaDoodles, not a replacement. The same philosophy, the same standards, and the same commitment to lifetime support apply equally in both locations.
