Making a Deposit

A non refundable administrative fee of $500.00 is due within 7 days of the acceptance of your Puppy Adoption Application.

Waitlist Time Period

Please be aware that our waitlist time varies depending on litter size and size of waitlist. Your waitlist time could be between weeks to months.

Crazy that I have to pI understand and agree that NO PUPPY from BellaDoodles is purchased with breeding rights. All BellaDoodles are sold with a binding spay/neuter and health contract. Any purchaser who breeds OR attempts to breed a BellaDoodle Goldendoodle will have legal action taken out against them at the buyer's expense. We take this seriously. Please do not contact us if you think you may want to breed our puppy now or in the future. We will never grant breeding rights later in the life of the BellaDoodle.

I understand by submitting this application, I am verifying that all the provided information above is true and correct. I am prepared to provide my License ID when I pick up my puppy so BellaDoodles can verify my identity. I understand should I give false information to alter the outcome of the application process, I will forfeit any fees or deposits paid to the seller with no refund.

Today's Date

A nonrefundable administrative fee of $500.00 is due within 7 days of the acceptance of your Puppy Adoption Application. Once you select your pup, the balance ( minus the $500) will be due on or before the Puppy's 5 week birthday. Please let me know how you would be paying the administration fee once application is approved.
